First, programme evaluation in which ORA representatives sat together and evaluated every programme they had carried out in their respective villages. The delegates were divided into eight groups: (1) the Kulon Progo region; (2) the Central Java region; (3) the Flores region; (4) the Sumba region; (5) the Alor region; (6) the health workers group; (7) the professional group; and (8) the handicrafts group.
